I hold regular Sound Bath events at Showborough House and also at the Art of Wellbeing Centre, Pershore. For the Pershore Wellbeing Centre please go to their site or Facebook page. All other events are listed here. Showborough House is known for its beautiful garden and sculpture exhibition, but these Sound Baths are part of a new initiative called Showborough Wellbeing. Sound Baths with Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls

Experience the healing qualities of sound by being immersed in its harmonising vibrations. Singing bowls have been used since ancient times. Their sound-frequencies can down-regulate the nervous system and slow down our brain waves. They re-tune us physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. They can clear negativity and bring us to a state of harmonious alignment. After a sound bath people generally report feeling calm and relaxed but re-energised.

In these sound baths Helen uses Crystal Tones Alccemy bowls. They are made of pure quartz, gemstones, minerals and metals; each bowl is unique. The three bowls she works with contain smoky quartz, rhodocrosite, charcoal an iron. She also uses elemental Koshi chimes. Helen is a qualified crystal bowl and Himalayan bowl sound healer.

There are one or two seats available on request if you can't lie down.
