Singing bowls have been used for healing since ancient times. Their sound-frequency can re-tune us physically emotionally and spiritually. It clears blockages, and brings us back to a state of optimal vibrational alignment and harmony. Each person's experience is individual to them as the vibrations meet their unique frequency, but it is always profoundly relaxing and nurturing.

The bowls I work with are Crystal Tones Alchemy bowls. They are of exceptional quality. Made of  pure quartz with added blends of gemstones, minerals and metals, each bowl being unique. The three bowls I work with contain smoky quartz, Rhodocrosite, charcoal and iron, and are attuned to the base, heart and throat chakras respectively. Each soundbath is also unique in that they have a 'life of their own' and somehow play differently at different times even though the format is the same. Their vibration is so pure that I just trust the bowls to do the work and I therefore try to leave them to it and keep it simple. I may add the use of a Koshi chime and a Tibetan bowl, but do not use gongs. It is a relatively minimalist sounscape of 'less is more'; a unique healing experience that is simple, wordless, unitive, profound.

Joining a Sound Bath

I hold Sound Baths regularly at Showborough House, Twyning, near Tewkesbury GL20 6DN. They are usually held on the last Saturday of the month.
